Authentic Yoga Studio Class Times & Descriptions

Majority of our classes are practiced in a heated studio.  Temperatures vary depending on class and style. Classes are taught by well trained, highly knowledgeable teachers.


The Authentic Yoga practice is designed to empower you with the focus, training and insight you need to achieve consistent profound results in the most important areas of your life. Our classes consist of potent physical, yet mindful yoga practice paired with meditation practice and active self inquiry are used as tools of transformation and possibility. Classes are mostly All-Levels. You can take as many breaks as you need or advance your practice.  Classes range from approx 90-105 degrees.

Our own signature class.  With both static and dynamic postures. Mix of longer holds, and flow.  This class is designed for all levels of students from beginning to advanced. The classes flow to music with a series of postures designed to build strength, flexibility and balance, improve posture and focus and reduce stress. You are encouraged to challenge yourself at your own pace. Come do as little or as much of the practice as you need that day. Be you in your practice.

Amanda Mendez designed this class after working with all sorts of athletes throughout the valley.  Teaching athletes how to be more powerful, effective, and open to yoga practice and training. Focuses on a variety of different yoga techniques, building strength, flexibility, and working on proper alignment, both physically and mentally challenging. Bringing awareness to breath control and actively using it to move into your body to take yoga, and it’s benefits to your adventures, activies, or daily living.

We will cultivate strength, flexibility, balance, focus, and endurance. This class covers it all. You will be encouraged to get curious about your practice and try on new ways of playing around in some new & familiar poses and transitions. Every class has its own personality and flavor and promises to leave you rinsed, detoxed and fully rejuvenated.

Our 75 minute Power Up class offers you everything that we cover in our Power class, but with more time to do it.  More isn’t always better, but in this case it is. This class is designed for your more advanced students but everyone is welcome. Advanced isn’t always the yogi doing the fancy things, but the yogi that can hold the space they need for the practice that day.

Take a little bit more time to Power Down and rejuvenate from weekly stress . We will cultivate strength, flexibility, balance, focus, and endurance during the first half of practice.  The backend of practice will slow down and take time “stretching it out”. Longer holds in more passive postures and focus to breathing space into the body.

Tap into your flow. 60 minutes of mindful and creative power vinyasa to cultivate focus on the breath and build fire from within. Every teacher will bring their our style and creativity to each flow as we link breath and movement in this dynamic practice.

Form & Foundation is a warm yoga class offering opportunity to build on alignment and strength in classic yoga poses. Slow the pace and deepen your awareness of your body and yoga practice. Yoga props are often used so students can focus on alignment and detailed cues. Demonstration and props are included. Class may include everything from seated to static standing postures, balancing poses, vinyasa flows, and breath work. Great for beginner to advanced yogis or anyone working with injury or pregnant.

Joining the world of Yoga with an intense and challenging body sculpting class. Optional use of props, blocks, light weights and bands to challenge yourself.  Available to all fitness levels. This can be used as a progressional strength training class, modifications always available, and encouraged as you need to make them.

Both are a passive practice, slow-paced meditative practice that consists of longer held postures. Variations of seated and supine postures. Works predominantly into the lower half of the body hips, pelvis, lower spine and into other areas highly dense in connective tissues; muscle fascia, ligaments, joints. More passive holds, with little muscular engagement. Using a variety of props.  Adaptable for everyone.

Inspired by Journey Into Power sequence developed by Baron Baptiste. The sequence is based around a power vinyasa including the essential categories of standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists and inversions (always optional). This practice is adaptable to all levels and abilities as long as you are willing to try.  Great for beginners through the more advanced as the practice allows room for creativity and expression, breaks and modifications.

We want you to feel good about your practice, working within your body, and help you reach your yoga/fitness goals. We work with students of all levels.  Whether you are brand new or experienced.  Improve postures, breath work, meditation. Work through an injury or back from a healed injury.  Team building.  Working either with a private group or team, or one on one training sessions.  Work one on one to customize your private in studio sessions. Kids Yoga private classes available as well.
