200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Boise, Idaho

Deepen Your Practice. Find Your Voice. Learn to Lead.

Are you ready to deepen your yoga practice or take the first step toward becoming a yoga teacher?

Authentic Yoga Studio offers a comprehensive 200-hour yoga teacher training program in Boise, Idaho. Our program gives you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to grow as both a student and a teacher.

Whether you’re an experienced yogi, fitness professional, athlete, or simply curious about yoga, there’s a place for you here.

You don’t need to master every posture or even know whether you want to teach. Instead, come ready to learn, explore, and discover what’s possible.

More Than a Certification. An Education That Stays With You.

Great yoga teachers need more than a collection of postures or a memorized sequence.

That’s why our training combines traditional yoga education with modern movement principles and practical teaching experience.

You’ll develop a deeper understanding of yoga while learning how to share that knowledge with others.

Experience Matters. Learn From Teachers Who Teach.

Who you learn from matters.

Authentic Yoga Studio’s teacher training program is led by founder and lead trainer Amanda Mendez, who began teaching yoga in February 2015.

With more than 13,000 teaching hours and over a decade of experience, Amanda brings extensive knowledge to the classroom.

Additionally, she has led more than a dozen 200-hour yoga teacher trainings. Together, our team focuses on connecting education to real-world teaching situations.

Learn Through Real Teaching Experience

We believe great teachers develop through practice, continued education, and experience.

Throughout the program, you’ll have opportunities to practice teaching, ask questions, receive feedback, and refine your skills.

You’ll also learn how to communicate clearly, create inclusive classes, and support students with different backgrounds and abilities.

As a result, you’ll develop confidence while discovering your own approach to teaching.

Our goal isn’t to create teachers who all sound or teach the same way. Instead, we want to help you build a strong foundation and find your own authentic voice.

Where Can Your Yoga Teacher Training Take You?

Completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training can open doors to a variety of opportunities.

Our program prepares you to explore teaching in yoga studios, fitness centers, private sessions, corporate wellness programs, retreats, and community settings.

You may also use your education to complement an existing career in fitness, athletics, or wellness.

Your Education. Your Foundation. Your Future.

After completing all 200 training hours, coursework, and program requirements, graduates receive a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from Authentic Yoga Studio.

Authentic Yoga Studio is also a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS 200). Eligible graduates may choose to pursue RYT 200 registration separately.

However, we believe the true value of your education goes far beyond a certificate.

It’s the knowledge you gain, the experience you develop, and the confidence to apply what you’ve learned.
