What class should I start with as a beginner?
We get this question a lot, with many different answers. Intention and goals, is really what is comes down to. All classes are accessible to everyone, some will be a lot more physically challenging than others. We encourage you to start where you are at.
Are all classes heated?
Not all. While many of our classes are heated or warm, we offer non-heated options as well. Relax & Restore, Juicy Roll
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself, mat, yoga or large towel, and water bottle. We do offer mat and mat towel rentals in studio for $2 each.
Do you offer teacher training?
Yes! We are a Yoga Alliance Registered School offering 200-hour teacher training right here in Boise and Meridian.
